Article Deadline- Diwali festivals grow in U.S., from Disney to Times Square

Story Idea- There are many people in the Bay Area who celebrate Diwali. I could ask them about how they are celebrating, any events they are attending, and the significance of this festival to them.  To find such people, I could go to the Indian Awareness Club.
